The Grove at Miramar will be built on a 5.17 acre site. The project may have up to 45,000 s.f. of commercial space distributed in three outparcels and a main general retail strip with 250 parking spaces. The proposed uses for the outparcels consists of a Bank at the northwest corner of the site containing up to 4,000 s.f., including two drive-through lines which will help turning the project into a convenient one stop solution for Miramar’s neighbors and visitors. Two Restaurant spaces containing up to 5,000 s.f. each will be located at the northeast corner and southwest corner of the site. The main retail strip will provide 9 individual units starting from 1,400 s.f.  adding up to 16,000 s.f. of total commercial space.
